After assembling the properties and bringing utilities to the site, Monarch Urban worked diligently with its design and construction team to create modern residences that honor the look and feel of historic alley homes. Despite complicated alley rules, Monarch Urban leveraged its extensive local knowledge of land use regulations to complete this project without requiring any variances or special approvals.
